Growth Team - OPS (2024)

Role: Support operational excellence and customer service strategies in retail, hospitality, sports, and events sectors. Responsibilities include installing OneFlash products at customer sites, conducting routine check-ups, onboarding customers, and acting as the key liaison between partners and the startup to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Dutch OR French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
• Available for office work in Maastricht at least four days a week for 4+ months starting June 2024.
• Must be a student during the internship.
