Because we want to be as transparent as possible with you, we have made a summary table of the data we keep.
As long as your account is active, we keep your data. By personal data, we only mean your phone number, which is the way we use to identify you as a user. We, however, don’t do anything with your number, nor will we try to contact you for commercial reasons, nor is it shared with any thid party.
For example, when you unlock one battery in the morning, but haven’t put it back in the afternoon, yet you want to unlock a new battery. This will not be possible as our system identifies you with your phone number and sees that you still have an open transaction.
But be reassured, we delete all the data if you have not reactivated your account for 36 months, or you deleted your account by yourself in our web application.
If you made use of one of our stations that is not free of charge, we will also ask you to connect your bank account. This can be done either with Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, Ideal, or Bancontact. We use referenced partners to make sure you are able to unlock a battery as safe and easy as possible. The payment itself will go through our partner Stripe. You can disconnect your payment method from your account at any time in our WebApp. OneFlash will not be granted access to any of your payment details, these are managed by Stripe.
The data related to your connection and your account:
The data can be deleted instantly on request. This will close your account. Otherwise, it is 36 months after inactivity.
This data you can change whenever you want. You have 100% control over them.
